Reservation Policies

• Tabacón Grand Spa Thermal Resort guarantees written confirmations only.
• Upon confirmation, your credit card will be charged for the 50% of the total amount of the package, this amount will correspond to the guarantee deposit.
• Reservations in advance for Spa Treatments are recommended.
• This package do not apply with others promotions.

Cancellation Policies

• Any cancellation made at least 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $30.00 administrative fee.
• Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
• No shows are not refundable and will result in a 100% forfeiture of the first deposit.
