Site inspections at Tabacon Grand Spa Thermal Resort are scheduled by request to our sales department and arranged between 1-3pm to guard the privacy of our guests. A senior executive from the resort serve as your guide and will answer your particular questions.
During the tour you will view the entire resort from the lush gardens, spa, and outdoor areas to the hotel with our beautiful rooms and suites. You will also see our public areas including reception and lobby, as well as Bar Caña Brava, Tour Desk, Los Tucanes Restaurant, and tour open-air bungalows where our private gala dinners are offered.
The second part of the tour will include Tabacon's acclaimed hot springs, flowing throughout a botanical wonderland of exotic tropical plants and flowers from the Arenal Volcano area. Flagstone paths and bridges meander among the lush greenery framed by three separate mineral springs, all created naturally from the nearby Arenal Volcano. Under the canopy of the rainforest, there are more than a dozen pools, ranging from 27°C to 42°C (80°F to 107°F), each with its own distinct pleasures.
At the hot springs, you will also tour the reception area, Ave del Paraíso Restaurant, the Pool Bar, the lockers and changing rooms, The Grand Spa, and El Palenque Bar.
